Hi,

One hour ago i bought your Heinkel 111 for MSFS.

But still i did not received and email, serial and download link.
The order was paid with PayPal without any problems.

Also the order is still NOT shown in my Captain Sim account.

Can you fix this please?

I did already a couple of times, also checked my spam folder, NOTHING there.

You need to claim the PayPal payment, please do this asap so you can send me my Heinkel 111

All your purchases are also available for download via Your Profile.
Login and navigate: Product Name > Extended Download Service
