I just purchased CS Hercules C130J yesterday. I have noticed that the Flap position indicator in the FO panel does not show the actual flap position of the plane. How to correct this failure?

I have also noticed that the Hercules' flaps do not extend.

I have uninstalled and reinstaled the plane, and the issue is not solved. May I be reimbursed?

Purchased in Marketplace MSFS 2020.
