If I bought the C130J on this store can I buy the RAF livery packs for it on MS store and install them?

Does the MS store C130J have the new soundpack or is it the CS store only?

Yes, the C-130J purchased on the CS website is compatible with the Livery Packs in the Marketplace for the "J" variant.
