I received the email regarding purchase but have not received the order number. Using Gmail and nothing in spam folder.

Hello.
Posting here as I cannot start a new topic.
I bought c130j yesterday but I have not received an order number email. I have received a receipt email.
How can I activate the installer?
I did use a hotmail address but have subsequently whitelisted @captainsim.com

Same issue for me today, a receipt email, but no Order number in it.
