Purchased C-130E via Simmarket but when placing the order number get an error 32

There was an E setup issue at Simmarket side, should be alright now.

Im having an issue when trying to install my order number. I have a seperate email from Captsim where they have my order number and sent it to me for activation, but still gives me a error 32 code saying my order number isnt on file.
