When I power on the efb in the kc 777 it dosent turn on is this a known bug?

I don't own this particular aircraft, but:

If this aircraft has the new animations (check MSFS Marketplace description), click on the screw I believe on the lower right of the EFB. If it does not have the new animations, I don't think the EFB will turn on at all.
