Hi, the new C130E ( regarding your products, not the real aircraft) is basically a refined version of the C130H: better textures, more liveries in the base package, more effects.

I find it quite unbelievable to offer it as a second full priced product and leave the buyers of the original C130H empty-handed without updating it to the same standards.

It would be understandable if it was a completely new variant like the J-variant with a different fuselage and glass cockpit. But it must have been little or no effort to create the E from the H variant. And to charge customers fully a second time is a hard pill to swallow.

So my question is: Are you prepared to bring the C130H up to the standards of the new C130E?

Totally agree, I’d love to see the H gave the same updates that the E has been given.

I understand your frustration but it looks like it comes from a lack of information or wrong assumptions. Let me to explain:
1. The E is not "a refined version" of the H. They are diffrent airframes including fuselages. In fact it was a lot of effort to create the E product. Just the flares took 2 months fulltime of a top-notch developer.

2. We do not "charge customers fully a second time". The original release of the H was $39.99. Now the E is available for $24.99. Also we do not "charge" we offer a product.

3. Will the H get updated to the latest set of features that the E already has? Yes, eventually.

I have purchased the C-130 H and after reading the post about the differences does this explain why I can't find any way to select and operate flares? Has this only been made available in the C-130-E model? If so is there a timeframe for adding it to the H?

Going by what Captain Sim posted in the reply before yours ("3. Will the H get updated to the latest set of features that the E already has? Yes, eventually."), it appears to me that the C-130H will those added at a later date.
