I had hoped that the success of the very good H project would promote customer friendliness and transparency. Obviously, this is still only about maximizing profits, with customer satisfaction being secondary. At least I received a prompt and detailed answer in the forum today. I hope that transparent information will continue to be provided here. I am happy to spend more money on very good products, but not in this way. CS should think about it. Andreas :(
