I am new to Captain Sim thank you for making the 717-200 I truly enjoy it. I do need some support on the update. I uninstalled the 717-200 and reinstalled it. I am noticing that after the install a window pops up asking if I want to update to the newer version of the 717-200 to Version 1.107I hit the update button and it proceeds but at the end of the update I get this message. I am getting a message that the installer of other captain sim product is already running. I don't know what this means. I only own one product from captain sim. I go and look up the version I have and it still showing 1.1.0. Looking for some help on this matter. Thank you again. :)

Maybe after you finish installing the 717-200, and click on Finish (or OK) to close the installer, it might still be running in the background, meaning it didn't close.
Either use the Task Manager, find the installer, right click on it, and select END TASK to shut it down. Or simply reboot your computer (this should shut down the installer), then use the 717 ACE to update the 717-200.
