Stabilizer motion warning keep sounding during take off and speed increases at a very slow rate at full throttle so hard to make a safe take off on a runway less than 12000 ft.

The stabilizer should be set to green before increasing throttle by 40-45%.

I have the same problem.
I have set the stabilizer in the green zone (e.g. 4.2 - 4.5 points) but with 13-18° of flaps, the acceleration is very slow and on an 8000 ft. runway I can barely leave the ground...

You can disable any sound warning in the CDU > Menu > Settings > Aural Warnings
