Since the last update yesterday in xbox, all the liveries bought in Marketplace are with the emergency ramps extended and the engine are covered .  The rest of liveries included with the  aircraft are perfect. Thanks

Omg I thought I was going crazy since the animation panel is not working at all. Tried selecting and deselecting and the slides are still deployed.

Captain Sim can you please help us with resolving this bug?

Hi Fewer123, just to confirm with the update of 777-300ER GE, the livery packs from the marketplace are the ones causing the bug? Is it constant? right when you load in? Which LP do you have? And there are no issues with the included liveries?

Hi Avgeek, are you having the the same issue as Fewer123? With liverypacks the animation panel is buggy?

Or is yours having issues with the included liveries?

Thanks CJ for your fast answer. It’s constant the bug and only with the liveries packs from the marketplace (5 packs) not with the includes in the plane pack, you can find the bug from the hangar directly  or even from anyway that you start the flight or during .  Xbox X platform .

We have found what was causing the issues with the Livery Packs (broken animations + EFB panel not working) following the latest MP 773ER update.

It was an internal issue in the code structure between the two products and it was causing some conflict.
This is a fast fix for us and we are working on updating ALL Livery Packs for the plane.
Then submit them to the MP for rollout.

Thanks for the information apart of that just to say that 777-300ER is for me one of the best airplanes for XBOX platform.

Any idea when it will be fixed as it's annoying me after spending money on liveries, still like it this morning

Hi SomersetGod,
We understand and apologize for the inconvenience, the packs have been fixed on our end and will be submitted to the MP within a day or two.
MP releases their updates weekly on Thursdays, once it goes through their pipeline, the updates should roll out next week hopefully.

Hello me too since the update, I have the same problem. The liveries included no worries but the others are buggy.

Hi EP, its the bottom right screw on the EFB panel. click in that area and the animation controls will popup. The Livery Pack fixes are passed on our end, just waiting for MP to roll out the updates.
The liveries that are included in the 773ER work perfectly fine.

Captains,
All 773ER liveries and livery packs have been updated in the MP and are completely functional with update 1.4 with no issues with animations or EFB.
To update, go to the Content Manager.

GE Base Pack v1.4.0 with default liveries is working fine for me, after testing

their others old livery packs have code-issues, CS who needs to fix-up~

i have an issue, after MSFS updated, the emergency slides , engine cover etc all deployed and cannot removed. Does any update for it? thank you.

I also had an issue after recent B777-300ER update. Some B777 livery came up with engine covers on, emergency slides open, pitot tube covers on!!!
I discovered that captain tablet on the left works and you can click on different animations (after several clicks!) The tablet has no function on some livery!
It happens on Xbox S therefore we cant change individual files of the install or update!
This has been release 4 months ago! No fix yet?

The animation/EFB functionality issues that came after the update of the 773ER on the livery packs has been fixed and submitted to MP almost 2 weeks ago.
But they haven't released it yet  :-/ Hoping for this Thursday.
