Captains,
For the best flight experience with the Hot Air Balloon, we recommend the following tips: - Turn off AI auto trim, AI anti-stall, AI piloting, and Controller vibration (in Accessibility). - The only control you really have is the throttle. Move it SLOWLY, mind the spool-up/down delays. - The only way to move in any direction is drifting with wind. - Yaw rotation and joystick controls are implemented but should only be used for minor corrections, NOT for maneuvering the balloon. - Currently, the balloon can be launched from a runway or inflight. |
