Don't mouse click the places that make the window open/close would be my suggestion.
Although they can be opened after takeoff, I never open them. Well very very rarely, and if so, by accident.

Sorry, that's not correct solution (LOL). The cockpit cabin window should be locked right after takeoff, by design. The plane should be updated correcting such.
