When using the Manual Offline Activation, the installer creates the code_X572.txt. You don't open it using Notepad, or any other text editor, to open it an look for a specific code to use.

Go to https://www.captainsim.com/activ/offline.php, and upload the code, then generate a key_572.txt, which you download, and use with the installer to activate the product.
