Hello again and thanks for the response. I have followed the direction given in the link. I have completely uninstalled my AV and i have turned off firewall and threat protection from Windows Defender plus just in case, i have added the installation exe to the exclusion list of Windows Defender.
Then i reinstalled 757 200 base from fresh extended download service and then proceeded to installation of 757 300. Again the same problem as mentioned in the very beginning.
