I'm on 0302 and P3Dv4.5HF3
The LE Flaps/Slats should move as the actual TE position moves.

Currently in CS733, the LE moves with handle, for ex.if I place Flaps handle from UP directly to 30, the LE will directly move to Full Extended, even with TE flaps are still in like 2~5 position.
IRL when placing Flaps1, the LE FLAP would only start extend, and  TRANS light on, only after TE flaps moved out from the 0's white arc in the indicator. and only moved from extend to full extended when TE Flaps are actually moved beyond the 5's arc, etc...

The LE flaps/slats open immediately - pop out!

seems fixed in 1007.
still,on ground, the AUTOSLATS related problem ( https://www.captainsim.org/forum/csf.pl?num=1617521819#8 ) are still there, sometimes makes slats full extended on ground with Flaps 1~5 then...
