I'm on 0302 and P3Dv4.5HF3
ATC/TCAS panel not show numbers in STBY mode, so I can't set it when receiving clearance.
Also it always report TCAS System TEST Fail when doing test.

persists on V1.0

Also I noticed, when switch are on ALT OFF/ ALT ON, the ND would still show TFC and AI traffic, TCAS should only works with TA and TA/RA mode.
