Hello,
I own the CS 757 iii base pack, RR & -300 expansions.
I currently have v1.5 installed on my computer.
When I tried installing v1.6 I got the following -
1. After inserting the order ID I was told I need to go to the un-lock order ID (which I did and I'm waiting for a resolution)
2. For some reason I did not get a repair/update option as if the installer did not recognize I have v1.5 installed... how could this be? I checked and I've activated the base pack 4 times. I assume when I install an incremental update it's considered as an activation? Since I've only installed this on this computer and another older one I've had.
