I saw the changelog said Throttle quadrant shape was fixed, but mine ooks exactly the same

That applies to 'no pax cabin' VC only.

Ok nobody could have known that since it´s not listet like that in the change log but why is that so that it only applies to the no cabin VC only?

Because the cabin model has reached the exporter limits.

In the 757 III it's done for sure.
