I purchased and installed Captain Sim L-1011 on 2020-04-21 and it worked great.  I then purchased the B-767 on 2020-09-14      and now I  cannot get the Ace or fuel planner to work in P3dv4.5 as it once did.  I uninstalled both the L-1011 and reinstalled it as per instructions concerning shutting off the anti-virus as before.  I checked the directory and both  ace_1011.exe and fpm.exe are there.  I tried clicking on them and they would not load.  To be sure, I uninstalled everything and even did a system wipe and reinstalled the operating system, windows 10 64-bit.  I reinstalled P3dv4.5 and then began reinstalled B677, then the B757 and finally the L-1011.  The ace worked on B7677 and the B757 after a brief delay.  The Ace will not work on the L-1011.  If the L-1011 FPM worked I would be happy but as of now I cannot load the aircraft with fuel and payload.  Please let me know how to resolve this problem.
