The 767-400 flight deck/systems EXPANSION to the 763 Base Pack is out of question because they are totally different.

Depends on what is provided. Will the flight model be updated along with the exterior model?
Also, in reality the systems are not totally different based on systems function, as they are the same from what I understand from the -300ER based on the data I have. The flight deck differences can also in theory be pulled from the 777 expansion that you also did.

I dont see why you should ask this. I will love to have 767-400 as an expansion with the new flight deck.

In no disrespect intended, why would it take years? In terms of modeling, the overhead and pedestal are the same. The difference is found in the displays, the EFIS selector being in the location of the Nav frequency tuner on the glare shield, and changes to the gear handle and EGPWS override buttons. All of that can be used from your 777 package. And the systems from understand are the same as the 767, with the expectation of possibly the electric system due to the larger 120kVa generators installed. Unless the flight dynamics are vastly different, I’m curious as to why the 764 will take years but the freighter interior can be completed much quicker then changes to the VC for this variant. I would purchase a 767-400ER if it was fully modeled.

I imagine the differences in development are like going from the 744 to 748. When a well known developer undertook that task even they admitted it was more than expected and should’ve been an entirely new product and not an expansion.

The upgrade from the 744 to 748 was significantly more compared to the 763 to the 764 path. Boeing straight up reimagined the 747 platform with the -8, and it's shown in the tech baked into the bird. In comparison, the 764 was a cut and dry simple stretch with some minor improvements to the 763 compared to what the 748 did to the 747 platform. For example, the 748 has the "Next Gen" MCDU installed over the 744, while the 764 shares the same MCDU as the 763. It's not an accurate comparison.

Not interesting, I can as well merge it with a freeware 764 model and have my 763 cockpit, systems, flight dynamics, etc.
Only a model update is totally not interesting.

I would personally consider buying the 764 model expansion IF it did at least include the correct burn and performance data, as well as the correct flight behaviour. If it then happened to still have a 763 cockpit, then that would not be to bad. As long as it behaves like the real thing and not just like the 763 I would be onboard with it.

If CS make also B764's VC, I definitely buy it.
I don't mind whether as expansion or as separated product like "767X Pax/F".

I'd prefer a detailed 767-400ER expansion pack with the new Flightdeck and along with this also the option for the FPDS and the Rockwell 787 style flight deck option for the 767-300ER.

Would the 777 systems not be usable to port into a 767-400 cockpit to expedite development of an official -400 cockpit? I am certainly not the most educated on the topic but it does seem like a -400 uses basically the same cockpit as the 777, though obviously still structurally a 767 cockpit.

Would buy 767-400 only if it has proper Flight Deck. However i will accept a trade off of merging 763 and 777 cockpits in sake of saving development time. I will buy it even as stand alone addon as long as also external model and flight model are accurate.

Am a bit late to the party, but the 764 is my favorite - it's such a unique bird, though, with only 2 real-world operators, so I understand why it may not make business-sense to a developer.

That being said, would love at least an external model.  What would be even better is if you somehow were able to at least port the PFD and EICAS from the 777 over, to do a "rough" build of the cockpit.  For that, I would gladly pay $76.40  ;D

Yeah I'd buy it, but I feel that the 767 cockpit could be plug-and-chug'd with the MFD/PFD from the 777; It'll take some time but I don't see why it'd take all that long considering that CS already has the 767 and 777 modeled/programmed.

Would gladly fork over money to see a proper 767-400.

What's the story with the 767-400? The poll has been done and the votes are in favour of a 767-400 Expansion package. So does that mean you guys are definitely going to make it or has it still to be decided?

Yes.
As soon as he's done with the 777 for MSFS and all the other aircraft he's converting to MSFS (My guess the 737, 757, 767 will be next)...AND he's done with the 737 that stopped the updates of 767 in its tracks...AND when he's released the 767F and CF6 engine.....he MAY look into this.

My conservative estimate would be to check back in 2025 or so for the possibility of a -400 version. :(

Does that sound about right CS? ;)
