I have an expired order number and I have filled in the necessary forum for unlocking the order. Do you know how long it may take and have you received it. Sent yesterday 29/03

Dear Developers,

This post reply is for activation of "PM" button, because I'm trying to request a normal error 5 order reactivation, and the button when pressed informs that I have to have at least 1 Post or post reply?.
