Trying to start the 777, I have no APU. There is no APU light running showing, no sound. I cannot get power to the aircraft. External Power does not works, nothing. Any ideas? Thanks James Shelton

While trying to reinstall the 777 my anti virus, Kaspersky is giving a ransom ware injection warning. Now I am afraid to try to reinstall. Any ideas ? Thanks James Shelton

Never mind. problem solved. Reinstalled with no problems.

I spoke too soon. Now I still do not APU power. the battery is on, indicate says OFF, APU generator is on but indicate says it is OFF. External power is On, but there is no external power. I do not hear anything running. I have reinstalled but the problem is still there. HELP!!! James Shelton

Never mind. I just realized that I can start the engines with the old CTL_ E. All i needed. Thanks
