Most likely your system cant handle the freighter's UHD VC textures.
Try to disable (rename):
cs754_T01_T.dds
cs754_T02_T.dds
cs754_T03_T.dds
in ...\Prepar3D v4\SimObjects\Airplanes\CS_B757-200PF-III_PW2037\texture\ folder.
