Same here.

My Climb-out is this:
100-200' AGL - Gear up
400' AGL - AP on
Then it takes until I'm about 1500' AGL, fort the climb rate to drop to +1000fpm, and the airspeed by then is around 200 knots.
At 220 knot, I raise 4^o Flaps, and set 240 in the IAS display, and raising the Flaps at 230 knots, and finally set the IAS to 250.
Once 250 knots is reached, I increase the climb rate to 1800fpm.
I stay at 6000' until I pass SAM (as per the SID), then start the climb to FL370.
