Hello,

Have tried to use the extended download service however the download keeps failing and wont download. csy572_1300.exe is the file name Google Chrome says "Failed" and Opera says "Interrupted:File Incomplete".

I have tried different browsers, anyone any ideas what the problem is?

Have you tried downloading it with your Anti Virus OFF?

Just tried it after disabling windows defender, same problem

I have tried that and it gets to 150MB then fails again, tried 2 different computers as well.

Please help
