Title: Autopilot disconnect warning (chaseplane) Post by apoincon on Feb 13th, 2019 at 4:40pm
When I load the aircraft and try to set up, the Autopilot disconnect warning light and autothrottle warning lights are on and I do not know how to turn them off. Any advice?

Elaborate on 'when I load the......'. You mean when you select from the outset within P3D, or FSX, or .......? E.g, ' Change vehicle'.or when you have already changed vehicle to CS757-200? |

I saw this exact problem on the 757-200 PW yesterday (FSX-SE). I took of, pressed the AP button, turned on LNAV & VNAV, and the AT worked fine (up to tha point, I could still see the AT Disconnect warning on the EICAS Display screen). |

I too see that but I just ignore it as I know the A/T is on. I can visually see the switch is on and the aircraft is in A/T mode. |

I solved that problem myself but now. I see another problem when I go through the cold & dark procedure. When I get to the point of turning on the YAW DAMPER, it does not come on. Instead the ILS 2D WINDOW pops up. Every click turns on then off. This happens with both yaw damper.

Problem solved again. It was a Chaseplane Prolem. I deleted my overhead view in Chaseplane and and redid it and no problem now. I found that instead of just a hot spot over the yaw damper switch, the hot spot was over the entire left overhead panel. Don't know how this could have happened.
