I get this warning every departure... Any idea on how to get rid of it/avoid it?

I think the message is related to the bleed air cross flow valve
on the OH panel. After take off, switch the valve off.

I see both the L Eng Hi Stage, and R Eng Hi Stage, message. This is happening with the Bleed Air Crossflow Valve off. If I reduce the throttles a bit, both warnings disappear.

Note. With v1.2, they usually disappear at about 500ft - 1000ft AGL without reducing the throttle.

Any chance you takeoff at full throttle?

Hi thanks for the replies. I will try the switch on the OH for my next flight but yes, I was using full throttle. I will derate next time. I did notice reducing the throttles did work.
