The key here is not to try to read the PFPX flightplan directly as a CO ROUTE, but as an IMPORT FS FPL.

I'm hoping there will be a way to load a PFPX generated flightplan as a CO Route so that SIDS and STARS load as such instead of just waypoints as they do when you load a FS flightplan.
