You need to look at what Flight Replicas have done with DC-4/C-54, simply a work of art, to be released soon.

I would not hold your breath for anybody to do a DC-7, to few users when the built it originally and little interest in the sim world either.

As for Captain Sim they have done the best jets about and that is some benchmark for everybody else.
