I too was apprehensive about installing 2.6, as it was well due ( no insult meant). Have installed and at first my flaps gauge didn't work :-? I had read about this problem here in the forum so I stopped my FSX session and started a new one a few moments later, Now! the Flaps gauge worked to my content. I am happy to say. thanks to all WHO have been involved and have improved  the cap 727 which is a joy to fly. ;D
