Just installed the Cargo Version -300C but when I try to fly it, the undercarriage is missing. What gives here? It is a paid-for product, was activated online during the installation process.

Can anyone at CS shed light please? The passenger variants are fine.

Try this:

1. Reinstall it, select "Repair" - If your OS is Vista/Win7/Win8/Win8.1, run the installer using the "Run as administrator" option and make sure your Anti-Virus software is off/disabled (just in it's interfering with the install process).

2. If that didn't fix it, uninstall the 707 Freighter Expansion Model, remove the x702 folder in the Windows Registry (found in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CaptainSim or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\CaptainSim), then reinstall it and activate it using the Manual Offline Activation method.

When no responses were forthcoming, last night, I followed one of your earlier posts and read up the KB. It seems that currently within CS's hangar, only the 777 is FSX-SE supported. Support for others is due to follow.

But I will, for now, try your suggestions, as the Pax version installed, and flew ok, although I did not check lights or smoke as you had observed in one of your posts.

Since the latest patch for FSX-SE was released, the lights and smoke are there now. Maybe if you are not seeing them, it didn't install correctly. :-/

Not installed it. Managed to delete the Registry entries. Was debating to install it now, or wait for the official CS patch.

EDIT. Decided to go for it. Installed the Pax version first, followed by teh Cargo version. All lights, smoke, and undercarriage working perfectly.
