Brian G, well said. Of all the airplanes that deserves to be finished, this is the biggest shame. It may be their best, visually, and they got so much right. How can we imagine, that after all this time, it's ever going to get brought up the level it deserves?  :(

Cool IP, I checked out Simbrief and it looks great, but, like other services and resources, it uses airways. My flight plans are VOR to VOR mostly, except for SIDs and STARs if they're relatively simple. Are folks flying airways by radio navigation, or what am I missing?

Back in the 70s before there were FMS, how did pilots fly, but VOR to VOR?
