Sounds like your activation failed. You need to do a full uninstall/reinstall.
Check-in to Your Profile > Product > Customer Support > Search KB - Search for KB #685, and follow the instructions. I strongly suggest that you do the Manual Offline Activation method rather than the Instant Online Activation. I use this method of activation all the time now. ;) |
