One of the most iconic airliner ever produced! Still the fastest, 0.92 to 0.97 recorded and very very beautiful piece of style. Only 4 remain for us to remember. What dou you think? Let�s vote!

It's a little known aircraft and sadly, only 37 were ever built. :(

Why not the more popular Convair 880?

There was no market for the real thing so I doubt whether there would be one for a sim.

That said, it was a good looker and faster than the 707 and the DC-8 or so I believe.

CONVAIR 990A is good ! But also 747-100/200/300 DC-8 BAC1-11

I'd certainly take a Convair 880/990, but I don't think it's practical for CS from a popularity stand-point. I would guess that the next plane from CS is probably going to be a 747-1/200, personally not my favorite plane, but it has so many requests and it seems to be what people want. I've said it before, but I would like to see something smaller and similarly old like a BAC 1-11 or Fokker 28. Or for something more modern how about a Sukhoi Superjet, pretty cool looking little plane.
