Title: Re: FSX in Nvidia stereoscopic 3D Vision Post by Blover on Oct 23rd, 2013 at 8:26pm
I received my monitor today, one day early !
It is not a large monitor, but it has impressive cpecs. 1 ms response time, 144 hz refresh rate, led backlite. On the cartoon "Nvidia 3D vision ready" Out of the box, I have a few problems, I cannot swap this for my Acer 24" and fly. The view area of the new one 16 X 9, and it is 1 3/4" wider than the old one. The low end of the Acer was in a little V shape, new one straight and not as high. The base is higher and bigger in front. My sim is a self contained unit. The monitor shows through a window in the front panel. I guess I will need my tools to adjust that window' To finish the opening clean, I installed some aluminum strips , now they wont fit - a little extra money will fix that ! Always be ready for the unexpected ! If it can fail. it will !! 8-) Raymond Boeing or nothing KFLL South Florida |
