It gets worse! I got another call yesterday, and someone else needs a computer fixed (no longer starting, but as yet, not sure if it's a BSOD (WinXP Pro)). I would like to do his before I do my wife and daughters, but that would almost be suicidal! My wife is complaining that I am already taking too long to do it.
