When you get it, everything should already be installed on it! If it isn't, I'm not so sure I would be buying it. I'm referring to Laptops and not Desktop PC's, which I always start from nothing, then build them, THEN install everything on them! ;D

Don't they usually have Function Keys with a secondary control? So you press the special Func key, then the F# (i.e. F8) that would perform the function you want it to do (like WiFi)?
