The 200LR and the 300ER have very similar flight charateristics
Airlines interchange the two on the same rte, and the same pilots fly either one  from one flight to the next.

The 300 carries more pax but the 200 has the longest legs.
Also the 200LR can be fit with three extra fuel tanks to replace bins in the cargo and extend the range to almost 9400nm   ;)
