Dont take my word for the Holy word.

a 200LR burns 271.3lbs of fuel per minute in crz M.82

to set the reserve:

Taxi 66.6lbs per min     18minutes
burn - flight  so many hours
xtra fuel at destination, deal with ATC- hold and traffic 36 minutes
Alt destination , flight time  varies with distance
last a final reserve of 30 minutes

you add all this and it becomes your block fuel.

FSX fuel burn is full of baloney.

This is flying in real weather.

the CS777 fuel burn is right on - I have been amazed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too much is better than not enough
