The 767/757 do flare during the landing using the radio altimeter height of around 45 feet.

Right out of the FHB:

At approximately 45 feet RA, the landing flare occurs. FLARE replaces G/S as the engaged pitch mode on the ADIs, and the auto-throttles go to idle. The autopilotcontrols the rate of descent to the runway touchdown based on radio altitude inputs. At approximately 5 feet RA, roll out guidance occurs. ROLL OUT replaces LOC as the engaged roll mode in thr ADIs. The wings are leveled, and rudder control is used to maintain RW centerline.
