Video from cruise.
You might need to change the [Custom Autopilot] settings:

From this:

[Custom Autopilot]
AP_Roll_speed=3.91
AP_Roll_window=5.7
AP_Roll_controlstep=2825

To this:

[Custom Autopilot]
AP_Roll_speed=4
AP_Roll_window=7
AP_Roll_controlstep=1500

So, for those of you doing these long hauls, does this mean that
anti-ice nonsense is no longer a problem, or do I still have to worry about my engines flaming out if I don't give some magic key sequence?

Also, it sounds from the description, that no one has VNAV working on takeoff, is that correct?
The Anti-Ice seems to be working (I left them set on AUTO and did NOT use SHIFT+H to turn the carb heat on, which was a fix in v1.1!

VNAV is working fine for me! It went wonky on me, as I stated in my original post. When I tried it again, with my joystick disabled. It performed just fine. It didn't wobble at all. The turn was very smooth.

Did I read correctly ? You manually change TO to CLB in the CDU ?

Should this not be automatic with LNAV, VNAV and TOGA set at takeoff and AP engaged after 400 ft  ?
No you did not read it correctly. I said I did not change it from TO to CLB (it was in reference to a post of yours that I had read in the forum though). I left it to do what it does it's own way. Should it change on its own normally? I don't know. :-/
I am not, nor have I ever been, a real pilot, so I don't normally check that in these modern airliners, unless an addon aircraft requires them to be changed manually, then I do change them. So IF they should change automatically and don't, then I would have to say that it's wrong. All in all, the flight was really good from beginning to end. Except for that bit of a wobble at the beginning, that seems to be being caused by my joystick (see my response to Jack Vogel question).

Do you adjust the TRIM to the same setting (or s close as you can get) as listed on the TAKEOFF page? I do this as often as I can (which depends on if I remember or not). It seems to effect the takeoff performance if I don't do it. :-/

I can never determine my CG, I think that's the problem  :-/
I'm not sure, but it might be the reason. I just did a test flight with a very light aircraft (TOW 379,605) and it never went above 5500 fpm.

I know the Captain Sim 777 isn't perfect, but I am very pleased with the results I'm getting in v1.2. As always, that's how I feel about it. It is good enough (and was in v1.1 IMO) for some very long haul flights that I want to do in it. ;)
