My first departure was crazy... Took off at RKSI, speed zoomed straight past 250kts, then overspeed, then the nose pitched up to compensate for overspeed, then quite a stall (speed went down to 90kts  :-/ ) and then a few ups and downs but now im cruising and everything seems fine.
