hi.
i dont know if the fsx version as the radar disc rotaion panel showing or not,but i have the fs9 c130 packs and have just posted some mods i have done to bring up the disc control panel and a means of getting an eicas panel into the nc130 in both 2d and vc.

I see the McPhat site says its freeware library is down. I'm trying to download the US Customs NC-130 but am unable to do so due to the libtary being down. Any idea when it might be coming back up?

It's been down for at least a few months. You might email them directly, but I wonder if it's all gone
