So I was bored during a long flight from JFK-LHR in the 757, and was looking around the VC, and noticed a Jeppessen Chart from KPAE, and I was wondering there is a file anywhere that we can change that chart to whatever chart we want?

Yes you can. The instructions can be found in the �757 Captain� FLIGHT MANUAL Part I � User�s Manual (cs757_manual1.pdf) on page 12.

You can get the CS 757 manuals from here -> http://www.captainsim.com/products/x757/manuals.html, if you don't have them. ;)
