Is it just me or has CaptainSim not done anything about the problem where you have to press Shift+Alt+f4 or you cannot start the engines.

In my effort to balance my posts against/in favour of Captain Sim:

To my knowledge, this key stroke requirement comes from the internals of the Microsoft sim. It's not related to a particular A/C or a particular developers's A/C. The fuel mixture should only apply to piston engines but Microsoft mistakenly made it a requirement for jet engines, too.

So it's not a bug of the CS 777, but rather an issue of MSFS erroneously putting a "mixture" parameter into jet engine operation.

But maybe a developer can combine a "start lever on" command (applied by us, the pilots) with an internal "fuel mixture full rich" command (applied by the code of the CS 777), so there would be no need anymore for us to apply this key stroke command ourselves ...
