I can almost reproduce the effect you see by renaming the Cs 727 texture folder which contains all the interior textures and in my case, some of the exterior ones too.
There are 106 files and three folders files in that folder.
I am struggling to understand why, when it is clearly stated that the expansion pack requires the base pack, you have asked this question?
