I'm hopeing you can help me help a fellow flight-simmer who is a Just Flight customer buying the CS727 boxed version.

He wants to join the forum here and is having difficulties.  This is from his email he sent me.(He contacted me initially with a question about a mistake I made on a CS722 repaint (description) I released to AVSIM.)

Perhaps I didn't make it clearer in my email. I can't recover my password because it doesn't recognize my email address as being valid. When I tried to create an account using that email address (this one) it says there is already an account with it. Classic circular queue. Go figure. That's why I asked if you would contact someone on the forum for me and explain the troubles I am having. If you do, my username should be "golfermd". I'd really like to get active in the forum.

This is more than likely out of your control I'm sure ...looking for some advise for him...or maybe CS can advise?
