yes sir.  I have read others have this problem as well.  Seems like it would be a simple fix for someone that knows what they're doing (obvisouly not me :P).  Engage A/T EPR mode and it will not advance past 1.65 EPR.  It shows take off EPR is 1.79.  It is marked on the N1 gauge as 1.79.  Neither manual throttle or A/T will advance it.
