Hi, when I start up my FSX anf select the CS 757 as soon as the panel appears i get an annoyingly loud 4 beep sound.  I went into the sound files and listened to every one of them and that soind is not therein.  The Autopilot disconnect sound is quite similar.....I removed it to see if it was the culprit but it was not.  So, can someone please advise me how to remove this annoying sound...and where it is.   Or even being able to reduce it sound level would be good.  

I also tried within FSX but no joy there either.

Would appreciate some guidance in this matter, thank you.

The alarm is for loss of 'Hydraulics Pumps'

The file in question is '757beeper.wav' that resides in the folder:
C:\..\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Captain_Sim\757\sound

There is a 'sound.ini' file located in the folder:
C:\..\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Captain_Sim\757\ which you can edit.

About 3/4 of the way down in the file you can change the volume setting here:

File=757beeper.wav
Id=418
Volume=0.5

FsxPaul, thank you very much for the help......I truly apprciate it as this sound was so loud and annoying.
